"The whole holiday just felt badly organised..."
The whole holiday just felt badly organised from the start. I kept thinking, surely this will get smoother once we’re there, but no, plans changed, the information we were given wasn’t clear, and we seemed to spend way too much time chasing things up. Not exactly what you want when you’re supposed to be switching off and enjoying a break. In the end, it felt more stressful than relaxing, and I wouldn’t book with canadianaffair.com again

"Limited flight options, but it worked out"
I was hoping for more flight choices, but there just weren’t many available when I needed to travel. The schedules were a bit awkward and didn’t really line up well with my plans. I ended up making it work, but i wish there had been more options

I tried booking a flight through canadianaffair.com thinking it would be quick and straightforward, since that’s kind of the impression they give. But in reality it was just frustrating. The pages were slow, I had to type the same details in more than once, and by the time I got to checkout the price didn’t even seem to match what I’d seen earlier.

It felt like one of those sites that promises an easy booking process but doesn’t actually deliver. I only wanted to book and move on with my day, not fight with the website. In the end I gave up and booked somewhere else. I wouldn’t bother using it again.

"Got the wrong baggage info"
I asked the agent about my baggage and was told the wrong thing, which ended up costing me extra at the airport. Extra money, extra stress. Really frustrating experience, i wouldn’t go through this again.

"Wish I’d Got It Sorted Sooner"
My booking confirmation didn’t come through, and I’ll admit I started stressing a bit more than I probably needed to. I did have to wait a while before getting someone on the phone, which was a bit frustrating and made me wish I’d chased it up earlier instead of sitting there worrying.
Once I finally got through, though, the lady I spoke to was really helpful. She checked everything, confirmed the trip details were all correct, and resent the confirmation straight away. Not completely perfect because of the wait, but it was sorted without too much fuss in the end. 4 stars.

"Stressful mix-up with documents and little support"
My travel documents and booking confirmation just didn’t match up properly, and it put me in a really uneasy mood before the trip had even started. I kept going back over everything myself because the details were confusing, which made the whole thing feel more stressful than exciting.

When I reached out for help, I came away feeling brushed off. The replies were basic and didn’t really answer what I was asking, which was frustrating when I was already worried. For a travel company, I expected better, and I wouldn’t book with Canadian Affair again

"Dirty room and frustrating support"
I was really disappointed with this stay. The room didn’t feel clean at all, and it made the whole experience uncomfortable. I tried reaching out for help, but the support felt like copy-paste replies that didn’t actually address what I was saying, which just made it more frustrating. Definitely not what I was hoping for.

"The website was frustrating to use"
I tried booking a flight on the website, but it got annoying fast. Searching for flights wasn’t very easy, the pages took a while to load, and the booking steps felt more confusing than they needed to be. I ended up giving up halfway through, which is never a great sign. Maybe it was just a bad day for the site, but still, not the smoothest experience.

"Still chasing my refund"
I cancelled my booking weeks ago and I’m still waiting for the refund to be sorted. I’ve had to chase them more than once, but the replies to emails are slow and no one seems to give a clear answer. Frustrating experience.

"Feels like they only care once they’ve got your money"
Really disappointing experience with Canadian Affair. I emailed twice and tried calling as well, but never got a proper response or any real update. When you’re dealing with travel plans, being left hanging like that is stressful. It kind of felt like once they had the money, helping me wasn’t a priority anymore. I wouldn’t use canadianaffair.com again if this is how they deal with problems

My payment went through without any issues, so that part was easy enough. Then suddenly, the billing details had me feeling like I was trying to decode a mystery. It all worked out, but it could definitely be clearer.

I went to check my booking and the dates were wrong, just totally wrong. Not sure how it happened, but it was really frustrating to see the wrong dates listed after I thought everything was set.

"I thought I was getting a decent deal..."
I thought I was getting a decent deal at first, but once all the extra fees popped up, the total was way higher than I expected. The flights weren’t even that cheap in the end, and the service was just... compared to other sites I’ve used, I don’t know. It didn’t feel worth the money, and I probably wouldn’t book through here again.

My experience hasn’t been great. It kind of feels like it works when it wants to, and getting updates has been really frustrating. Communication has been poor, and it’s been hard to reach anyone when I actually need help

So... my itinerary got changed, canadian Affair made the whole thing feel way more stressful than it needed to be.

They didn’t really explain my options clearly, so I kept having to chase them for proper answers. Every time I got a reply, it felt like it was from a different person, and the information never quite lined up.

In the end, I just felt stuck with changes I hadn’t asked for. Really disappointing service, especially when travel plans had already been messed around.

"Car hire left me completely drained"
I booked the car hire along with my trip thinking it would make things easier, but it ended up being such a mess. The pickup instructions were confusing, I had to pay extra when I got there, and support wasn’t really much help. By the end of it I felt mentally drained and just wanted to get on with my trip. I wouldn’t use them for car hire again.
